Worked at the iCOMBAT Waukesha field. Then Lead support technician. 

What do you enjoy most about working at iCOMBAT?

Every day is something different, it’s nice to have a variety in what I am doing on a day-to-day basis, from working with clients all over the world to traveling to locations to help set up new fields.

Describe a typical day for you?

 My typical day will involve answering emails and phone calls about technical questions or troubleshooting. In Between interactions I will be working on new game designs, new field designs, testing new releases and updates, RND for new products and improvements on existing ones, and 3D modeling props for location use.

What are some of the challenges you face as the lead support technician?

Not all situations are the same as a problem that could be caused by the temperature of the environment or a change in time zone. Trying to chase down some small issues that are not repeatable and not reported by other locations can lead to a long rabbit chase, that ends in something so simple it was overlooked.

What are some of the places you have traveled to while working for iCOMBAT?

German, Netherlands, Florida, Arizona, Illinois, and New York.

What is something people wouldn’t guess about you?

 I used to lead a Baja race team when I was in college and still spend hours in the garage working on cars and other gas-powered toys.
