Terms of Use: Blizzard ERP

Blizzard ERP (“Blizzard”) is the internal business system of iCOMBAT Laser Tag (“iCombat”, “we”), 1707 Post Oak Blvd #533, Houston, TX 77056. These terms apply to anyone who uses Blizzard or connects another service to it.

Who may use Blizzard. Blizzard is for iCombat’s employees and people iCombat authorizes. Customers may use the parts of Blizzard we make available to them, such as quotes, orders, invoices and support requests. Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in secure and for activity under their account.

Connected services. When an authorized iCombat administrator connects a third-party service, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Blizzard uses that connection only to read iCombat’s own company data for iCombat’s accounting and reporting. Blizzard does not change data in those services, does not sell or share that data, and stores connection tokens encrypted. An administrator can disconnect a service at any time, in Blizzard or in that service.

Your data. How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use. Don’t try to access data or features you aren’t authorized to use, interfere with Blizzard’s operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty. Blizzard is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, iCombat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Blizzard.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
