First of all, let me introduce myself. The name’s Keri. Lover of all things video games, sporting events, Star Wars, laser tag, food, and nerd related. Although there is a love of purses, clothes, and shoes in my blood, don’t let that fool you; I would rather sit and play vintage video games (think MS-DOS Raptor: Call of the Shadows) than go shopping for any reason at all. I was a disgruntled sports marketing employee of a different company looking for something new and exciting. My past coworkers didn’t understand what a plasma grenade was and why I wanted to play Halo all day long. They thought “May the force be with you” was from Star Trek. Those HEATHENS.

I am a big fan of first shooter point-of-view games (remember the old 007 Goldeneye game on N64?) So naturally, laser tag is right up my alley. What’s not to love? First-person shooter. Check. Tactical gear. Check. Realistic sounds and lighting. Check. Who knew a combination of that would be so awesome? Well, apparently a lot of people did. Enter: iCOMBAT.

I stumbled upon iCOMBAT quite by accident, and might I digress that it was the best stumble of my life. iCOMBAT is basically the brainchild of a group of people who are all very talented in many different ways. We have our programmers, software developers, field technicians, engineers, salesmen, graphics designers, and me. Just a huge amalgamation of goodness under one roof. iCOMBAT not only operates tactical laser tag fields but with the help of a parent company, manufactures and distributes our equipment all over the world. So there. Take that, competitors.

Well, now you know a little bit about myself and a small outline of iCOMBAT. This blog is meant to be an open line of communication directly back to me. Feel free to email me at marketing@icombat.com if you ever have questions about anything iCOMBAT related. In the upcoming blogs, you can expect to receive tons of information like ICE Software updates and changes, new product releases, new fields being opened, and of course anything going on at iCOMBAT that’s worthy of a blog shout-out. You’ll also get to know who is answering the calls on our end and get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our day-to-day operations. Sound intriguing?! Stay tuned!

Cheers and May the Force be with you!
