For nearly five years, iCOMBAT Laser Tag has had the privilege of working with Classified, one of Canada’s premier tactical laser tag operators. We connected with the team at Classified to learn more about their journey, passion for tactical laser tag, and vision for the future.

When did you launch your first location, and when did the second one follow?

Classified YYC opened in 2019, bringing a new level of immersive tactical laser tag to Calgary. After seeing its success and growing demand in the entertainment industry for high-quality tactical laser tag experiences, we expanded to Edmonton with Classified YEG in 2024, officially making Classified the brand leader nationwide.

What do you like most about being a tactical laser tag operator?

The best part of running tactical laser tag facilities is seeing players fully immerse themselves in the experience. Whether it's first-time players discovering the excitement of tactical gameplay or experienced teams strategizing and competing, it’s rewarding to create an environment that brings people together for fun, teamwork, and adrenaline-fueled action.

What made you choose iCOMBAT Laser Tag?

We wanted to provide something that is unique—the most realistic and engaging tactical laser tag experience possible. iCOMBAT’s industry-leading technology, realistic/authentic weapon handling, and mission-based gameplay allow us to offer an experience that feels like a real-life video game. Plans for the future?

Our goal is to continue to lead the way! We want to keep enhancing the tactical laser tag experience by setting the bar in quality and service, introducing new missions, game modes, and unique immersive environments. We’re always looking at ways to grow, whether it’s expanding to new locations, upgrading our facilities, or hosting competitive events. The future is all about pushing the boundaries of what Classified & laser tag can be!
