What is the iCOMBAT Engine(iCE)?
iCE is the world’s most advanced laser tag control system. Giving you the ability to set up cutting-edge games in minutes. iCE has an array of amazing features like instantaneous live scoring, online player statistics and achievements, wireless props, and live DMX lighting and sound triggers.
Not only is this the easiest system to create and run games, but it also allows for user-friendly equipment management. You are able to organize, label, manage, and update your equipment in one easy location. Even if you have to switch computers, you can move all of your information with one click.
iCE is also offered in several different languages including, Spanish, German, and French. This makes it easy for companies in various regions of the world to be able to operate.
Scoring and equipment control are powered by our 2.4ghz Command Center Module(CCM) for constant communication with iCE. For increased coverage multiple CCM’s can be added to your playing field.
DMX lighting and audio are fully integrated to provide an immersive playing experience on the field. Create unlimited mission triggers to release sound effects, strobes, fog machines, LED lights, and more.
Utilize iCE with iCOMBAT props to bring games to the next level. Use the dominator, irBell, and wireless targets in different locations on your field, to play unique games and promote teamwork, strategy, and communication between your players.
iCE has the only skill and handicap system in the industry for quick team balancing. Balanced teams create a great player experience, by allowing newer players to learn the equipment, and veteran players to have an increased challenge. What is the Barracks?
Barracks is the second half of the iCOMBAT software suite. Barracks is your cloud storage for all of the information gathered during operations with iCE. This provides an online portal for business management and player statistics.
Barracks also gives operators access to an online calendar, coupon manager, waiver system, mass email manager, online payments, and more.
The online calendar allows operators to set session times and custom discounts for use by players or employees to book online reservations. They can also complete the payment with a credit card, gift card, or reservation code, which will provide them with a unique reservation code to use upon arrival.
Collected data can be analyzed using our marketing, operation, and financial dashboards. These dashboards find your strengths and weaknesses to increase your bottom line.
Barracks is the home for players to access their stats, mission history, field updates, achievements, and the friend system. This helps to keep them engaged with the system so they have a higher chance of coming back to play with their friends.
